If you have TBC Insurance, accessing medical services and taking care of your health within the Evex network is simple and convenient.

• To receive medical services, please have your doctor’s prescription and ID card with you. For specialist consultations, you can request a referral through the TBC Insurance mobile application or contact the Evex reception desk.
• For examinations and laboratory tests, present the specialist’s prescription at the clinic, and the service will be activated on-site.
• Using the TBC Insurance application, you can also book appointments for any medical service within the Evex network.
