If you have New Vision Insurance, accessing medical services and taking care of your health within the Evex network is simple and convenient.
- Services are available based on a referral from a family doctor. Please note that the referral must be issued in the name of Evex. If you need an electronic referral, contact the insurance company’s hotline.
