Tea Meparidze

Tea Meparidze holds the position of Deputy Director at Evex, overseeing the areas of People, Brand, and Quality. She joined our team in 2019 and led the HR & Organizational Development (HR&OD) function.

Tea has 12 years of professional experience in human resources management, along with extensive experience in learning and development.

Prior to joining Evex, she served as Head of the Human Resources Management Department at the insurance company Unison.

Her professional background also includes roles at the National Agency of Public Registry under the Ministry of Justice of Georgia and the Revenue Service. At various times, she also held the position of Head of the Human Resources Management Department at New Networks LLC.

Tea holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Georgian Technical University. Over the years, she has completed various professional training courses in human resources management and is also an ACC-certified coach.
