Mariam Tsakadze

Mariam Tsakadze joined the Evex team in 2020 and has held the position of Chief Operating Officer since October 2024.

During her time at Evex, she has led the Process Development Department, the Operations Department, and since 2022, she served as Head of the Customer Experience and Process Management Department.

Mariam has many years of professional experience. Prior to joining Evex, she held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Gtex LLC. She also worked for 13.5 years at BDO Solutions, where she was involved in the implementation of complex ERP systems. Over the years, she led the Implementation Department, Quality Management, the Project Management Office, and the Support Department.

Mariam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking from Tbilisi State University and a Master’s degree in Management (MSc in Management) from Caucasus University. Throughout her career, she has completed various professional training courses in project management, finance, leadership, and coaching.
