- Children living in family-type children's homes
- People with Hepatitis C
- Persons with HIV infection/AIDS
- Organ transplant recipients
- Elderly people over 60 years old
- Teachers at general educational institutions
- Kindergarten educators
- Defense, security, and emergency response personnel
- Staff working in penitentiary institutions
- Healthcare personnel
- Veterinarians and kindergarten educators
