Abilitation/rehabilitation subprogram for children with

The program envisions rehabilitation and habilitation lessons and sessions.

Children under 3 years of age registered in the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara who have cerebral palsy, primary muscle damage, residual phenomena of inflammatory and vascular diseases of the central nervous system, epilepsy, spinal muscular atrophy and associated syndromes, muscular dystrophy, congenital myopathies, other (including unspecified) muscle damage, hemiplegia, paraplegia and tetraplegia, as well as children with disabilities under 18 years of age, can participate in the program.

To participate in the program, Form 100 obtained after consultation with a family doctor or neurologist, with the appropriate diagnosis indicated, must be submitted to the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara. The agency will issue a voucher, based on which a rehabilitation course will be planned at the clinic.
